The Garden Sessions

Fireside chats on progressing innovation in government

The Garden Sessions was a multi-day conversation held on the CD9 Rooftop Garden that was designed to help support dialogue between the community and leaders throughout the City who can help channel community feedback into programs.  The Sessions began with a discussion on how to shape government around humans, which threaded through complimentary topics ranging from deriving insights from data to incorporating agile practices in government to improve our city.  The Sessions culminated with a discussion around how to incorporate everything learned from the week into how Los Angeles can attract and retain top talent to create a 21st century workforce.
